<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
1 egg<br />
1/4 cup of milk<br />
2/3 cup of all purpose flour<br />
5 tbsp butter (softened)<br />
1/3 cup sugar (white)<br />
1/2 tsp baking powder<br />
a pinch of salt (adjust to your preference)<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>Instructions:</b><br />
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Prepare silicon tray for mini donuts.<br />
2. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. <br />
3. In a separate bowl, mix butter, sugar and egg.<br />
4. Mix the above ingredients together as you put in milk.<br />
5. You can simply spoon the donut mixture to fill the silicon donut tray or use a piping bag for filling about 2/3 of each donut mould.<br />
6. Bake for about 15 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.<br />
7. After taking out the mini donuts from the oven, you can roll them in sugar for additional flavor. (You can use about 1/4 cup of sugar for this. You can also put in some cinnamon.)<br />
8. Serve and enjoy!<br />

3 tbsp baking powder<br />

2. Knead for about 15 minutes. Form into a big round ball.<br />

4. Roll each half and then cut equally into 50 grams each.<br />

6. Finally, fry each and every one until golden brown.<br />

<b>Cooking Instructions</b><br />
1. Pre-heat oven at 220 degrees Celsius.<br />
2. Beat the 3 large eggs. (You can also use 4 small eggs).<br />
3. Add flour, milk and a pinch of salt and mix well. <br />
4. Put a teaspoon of oil in each hole of your muffin pan. (You can also put only 1/2 teaspoon in each hole according to your preference.)<br />
5. Heat the pan with oil in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until oil is boiling. <b><i>(Be very careful with the hot oil!)</i></b><br />
6. After heating the pan with oil, take it out from the oven.<br />
7. Carefully pour your mixture in each hole of the muffin pan (with boiling oil at the bottom). <br />
8. Place the pan again in the oven.<br />
9. Bake from 20 to 30 minutes or until you see your pudding rise and turn into a golden brown color.<br />
10. Take out the pan from the oven and let it cool before serving. <br />
11. Top your pudding with strawberry or blueberry jam. Enjoy!<br />

<i><b>Note:</b></i> <span style="font-family: Calibri, serif; font-size: 11pt;">Instead of 1 cup of milk, you can also use just 1 cup of water.
Using water instead of milk will usually result in a fluffier and

<b>Ingredients</b><br />
10 small ponkans (washed well)<br />
1/2 cup sugar<br />
1/3 cup water<br />

<b>Cooking Instructions</b><br />
1. Peel ponkans and remove seeds. Be sure to remove piths also (the white part you see that remains after you peel).<br />
2. Blend the peeled ponkans together with some water using a blender (you can also do it manually) and place in a pot.<br />
3. Put the sugar and mix well.<br />
4. Heat the mixture until it comes to a boil.<br />
5. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 15minutes or until the mixture turns into a dark color and you achieve the required jam consistency.<br />
6. Place in a jar and let it cool. Refrigerate to preserve well.<br />

3 to 5 Tortilla wheat bread<br />
Shredded fried chicken (half breast)<br />
Mayonnaise, 1 small sachet<br />
Garlic powder<br />
2 egg yolk<br />
1 green bell pepper<br />
1 white onion<br />
1/2 bar Grated cheese<br />
Parmesan cheese (optional)<br />
Salt<br />
Pepper<br />
Taco seasoning (optional)<br />

<b>PROCEDURE:</b><br />
<br />
1. Make a Hollandaise sauce. Beat 2 egg yolks, then heat it in low fire with butter.<br />
2. Fry or roast the chicken. Shred it. Set aside.<br />
3. Heat the tortilla in low fire for one to two minutes and spread a little butter. Set aside.<br />
4. Saute minced white onion in butter with thinly sliced bell pepper. Set aside.<br />
5. Place the said mixture as well as the shredded chicken in the tortilla. Place also the Hollandaise sauce, grated cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.<br />
6. 1/2 kilo pansit bihon<br />
1/2 chicken breast (cooked and shredded)<br />
2 cups of chicken stock or 2 chicken cubes<br />
1/4 cabbage (sliced)<br />
1 onion (sliced)<br />
3 tbsp crushed garlic<br />
1 carrot (sliced)<br />
2 tbsp oil<br />
1/4 celery (sliced)<br />
salt and pepper to taste<br />
4 pcs calamansi<br />
1 tsp sesame oil<br />
1/4 kilo shrimp (peeled)<br />
1/2 cup chicken liver (cooked)<br />
2 pcs kikiam or bola-bola<br />
3 tsp roasted garlic<br />

PROCEDURE:<br />
<br />
1. Soak the pansit bihon for about 20minutes.<br />
2. Heat the pan in oil. Saute garlic and onion.<br />
3. Add the peeled shrimps, kikiam, liver and shredded chicken breast.<br />
4. Add all the vegetables until cooked.<br />
5. Add the chicken stock. <br />
6. Mix the pansit bihon noodles for about 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked.<br />
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.<br />
8. Garnish with toasted garlic and serve with calamansi on the side.<br />

1/2 tsp black peppercorn, ground<br />
1 cup tomato sauce<br />
1 can liver spread<br />
1/4 cup shredded cheese<br />
2 cayenne pepper (siling labuyo)<br />
1 onion chopped<br />
1 garlic chopped<br />
2 tomatoes<br />
2 tbsp cooking oil<br />
1 bay leaf (dried), optional<br />
2 cups chicken stock<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
2 tsp soy sauce <br />

PROCEDURE: <br />
<br />
1. Boil beef until tender.<br />
2. Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, ground peppercorn, chicken stock, liverspread, bay leaf, salt, soy sauce, carrots, and cheese. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Set aside.<br />
3. Get another pan. Transfer the beef from the first pan and saute with garlic. Fry beef until golden brown. Pour into the first pan.<br />
4. Add the cayenne and red bell pepper. Add more shredded cheese to taste.<br />
5. Serve hot.<br />
