INGREDIENTS:
one cup flour
1/4 cornstarch
1 egg
1 carrot (julienne cut)
1/4 kilo meat - chicken or shrimp (minced)
1/4 of medium size squash (julienne cut)
1/4 cup water
spring onions
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Make sure the squash and the carrot are sliced thinly (julienne cut).
2. Beat the egg and mix with one cup of flour, water and 1/4 cornstarch.
(Adjust the water consistency as necessary)
3. Mix with the squash, carrots, shrimps/chicken and spring onions.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Deep fry until golden brown.
