 Ingredients:

5-6 pieces of shrimp (medium size)
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 cups coconut milk
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 ginger, size of a thumb (grind and cut lengthwise)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp chopped garlic diced small
1 pepper
1 onion

 Method of Cooking:

1 Saute the garlic, onion and ginger.
2 Add the washed shrimp.
3 Stir and put the coconut milk. Cover for 5-10 minutes.
4 Mix the curry powder.
5 Put some salt and pepper. Stir again and put the red and green pepper.
6 Cover for 5 minutes and serve.
