 Ingredients:

2 large tilapia
1 egg
1 onion sliced
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tomatoes sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 cup water
1 MSG
1 red pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce


Method of Cooking:

1 Fry the fish and set aside.
2 Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
3 Add water, soy sauce and red pepper. Stir for 5 minutes.
4 Place the beaten eggs and stir.
5 Put the MSG. If taste is okay, add the sesame oil.
6 Place the tilapia and simmer for 5 minutes.
7 Remove the fish and place on a plate. Put the sauce on top.
