Easy and Yummy
Hot Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 ¼ cup flour
3 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon
vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking
powder
1 or 2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
(optional)
Cooking
Instructions:
1. Beat the eggs
and put the vegetable oil. Put vanilla, sugar and milk. Mix again.
2. Put flour and
baking powder. Mix.
3. Use non-stick
pan. Brush with oil. Use medium heat.
4. Scoop about 2
tbsp from the mixture.
5. After it
bubbles, flip the hot cake to cook the other side. Do this for about
2 minutes for each side.
6. Continue until you cook all the remaining hot cake mixture.
